 Exchange Policy

 

To expedite your request, please contact Customer Service through our Contact box below and indicate the reason for your Exchange. If your purchase is eligible for Exchange, an email confirming your Exchange acceptance will be provided. Approved Exchange disbursement will not be granted until merchandise is recieved in NEW, UNWORN,UNALTERED conditon. CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping cost of ALL EXCHANGES.

 

Failure to contact Customer Service prior to returning your merchandise may delay the processing time for your request. 

Merchandise must be returned and received within 14 days of the ORDER DATE to be eligible for Exchange.  No Exchanges will be granted exceeding 14 days of the order date. NO REFUNDS.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered, and must have all tags.

Any Merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
